What We Do

• Share in alley clean-ups and beautification projects throughout the square

• Plant and maintain public flower beds throughout the neighborhood and park

• Influence City historical standards through presence at City meetings 

• Welcome new neighbors

• Share resources such as vendor and contractor names, extra tickets, botanical information or Girl Scout cookies

• Keep a watchful eye on the alleys and streets to maximize security

• Raise funds for Compton Hill Reservoir Square projects through a variety of activities including serving as docents at the Magic Chef Mansion and hours of sweltering service at the Cardinals baseball concession stands

• Support the South Grand business district both financially and as volunteers for events

• Volunteer with others to open the Compton Hill Water Tower

• Plant, weed and mulch the gardens around the Naked Truth and Water Tower

• Beautify Compton Hill Park with newly planted trees and daffodils

• Mingle with friends and meet new neighbors at the annual CHRSRA picnic and annual Oktoberfest with Compton Heights

• Celebrate National Night Out in Compton Hill Park  

• Enjoy the holidays with a grand potluck party
